I think people that don't own a 9th gen need to stop crapping on it. I've had my 2012 DBPII Si sedan for about 4 weeks now and the car is awesome. Extremely fun to drive. Clutch and tranny are great and the motor sounds like it's already modded. Steering is tight and handling is excellent. I know people miss the high revs but you can't complain about this kind of power and torque. If Honda would have put out a Civic that made 200hp in 1999 no one would have complained. I do, however, wish the car looked more like the 3rd gen Si, but it is growing on me. I got a lot of compliments at the car wash yesterday, even though I hate bringing it there.

I am really liking my Si and OP thanks for making this thread. I feel like there is a lot of hate out there for our 9th gens and a few about the potential redesign for 2013 so it's nice to focus on the good. So far I love my car I've owned it for just over a month and I am very pleased. I was very attached to my Jetta that I traded in but had to due to some costly repairs in its future. I am very pleased with my purchase, this is my first brand new car so that makes it even better. I love the handling and the styling and the K24 is a nice upgrade from the 5cyl I had in the VW (fuel economy is awesome in comparison). Overall I love it!

Congrats. I know you've been waiting a long time. Are you guys still putting in overtime?

Lots of overtime. I work early today too. Usually 2 days a week with overtime, and every other Saturday. 2 shifts on Saturdays too.

I'm glad to see and hear a lot of folks are happy! I wanted to add some positivity! I've put some Lucas Oil Fuel Treatment Complete Tune Up little bottle in every other tank fill up and I think it helps. I view it as making a great engine run even better, Kind of like a multi vitamin for my Si :-)

Last fill up calculated to 40.87 MPG! Continually better as time goes on. Seems to be just as comfortable as our '01 Jetta TDI ever was, and certainly alot quieter. Plenty of passing power for us also. Everthing works as it should- no problems. Also the speedo is spot on with my GPS. So far so good! Just an LX sedan, but we like it.

"Gimmie 2 Utah! Gimmie 2" 2 thumbs up. Love driving this car so much fun, I have always been a Honda enthusiast but this is my first SI. I am leasing but each month I inch closer and closer to buying, so I can't see myself changing my mind in 3 years. This car is so great as a daily driver, it get's after it when I'm feel like I'm Vin Diesel ;-) and get's great mpg when I need it to. Perfect combination.

My last tank I averaged 22 on my Si Sedan. A lot of spirited driving by the canyon. And 90% City driving
