Exclamation 2014 civic coupe front end conversion

EDIT: the conversion will not fit, it require extensive modification on the 14 fenders to make it fit... and you will need everything from the 14 to swap into the 12-13

    fenders : $358.92 each
    front bumper: $297.06
    front lower grill: $66.46
    fog light covers: $26.00 each
    grill: $118.97
    headlights: $244.64 each

assuming the 12 & 13 hood will fit, total conversion will cost $1,741.61

I know how much I'm going to save by not converting! Though $1750 doesn't seem that bad.

It looks like the '12/'13 hood will not fit, based on the curvature of the edges where they meet the fenders. The two photos are from pretty close to identical angles.

From just the front-on view, I see no reason to do a swap. I like the '12/'13 better.

    YMMV.

I just read an article, that said that they changed the hood for 2014 as well. So there's some more to tack on to the bill.

I guess if someone wants to put down $1700+ to make their 13 front end look like a 14 than by all means but if I was going to blow $2G's it would be on performance stuff like rims, tires, suspension etc IMHO.

I truthfully think that the front of a '12/'13 looks much better than the '14...a lot sportier looking IMO (it looks a lot like an rsx front to me). If I had a 2014 coupe I'd consider a swap back to the older model.
