Your current average miles per gallon

So I have driven my car for about 300miles and the reading on the I-mid says that my ave mpg is 28. I don't drive hard but I'm expecting it to be above 30 mpg at least. Is something wrong here or I pretty much have a heavy foot?

Those all seem pretty low, I average 34 in my Si coupe. Although I do barely drive anything but highway (90 miles a day, live about 2 miles from I-95)

The best I've got on my Si is 34mpg and that is granny shifting and keeping the rpm's low. But when pushing it, I get 29mpg. This is all 50/50 highway and city. My Si so far has 2300 miles.
