Ok guys does anyone on here know if any SPOON SPORTS brake kit is compatible with our cars(12'civic si non si 4 door or coupe) if so where can i pick this up and how much ?! Any info is greatly appreciated and Thank You in advance !:popcornbig:

spoon only sell the calipers, it's $1650 & there are several sizes, from what i know... the 8th gen civics uses tsx calipers & custom build their own kit.

average cost is around $2000 if you can run stock honda size rotors.

spoon calipers are very small & light weight, so you will not require a high disk rims for caliper clearance..

size comparison, stock tl type-s brembo vs spoon calipers..

just need to know what kit is close to applicable for the 12' model not what's fake real even though info is good knowledge to have kind of getting off topic though ....

just because it's made by the same manufacturer, does not mean it's the same product.

spoon is the 1st company that develop smaller than average size 4 piston calipers for people wanna track their car with 16" wheels, this is by far the most superior design calipers in recent history, not only it can fit it with 16" wheels (most brembo style, 4 pot caliper require 17" or larger rims), it can also accept high off-set wheels (most brembo style, 4 pot caliper require high disk rims for caliper clearance) and it weight @ 5.73lbs (stock honda floating caliper average weight @ 10.36lbs)

waste money ? yes, if your civic is slow & does not require better deceleration.

i have RPF1 17x9 +35 would i need a spacers?
