Its really up to you if you want to spend the money on a camber kit. I'm a tech at Honda, I was able to get the camber within spec. I loosened the upper control bolts from the body, loosen the both lower control arm bolts form the body, pried the upper control out and tightened the bolts, pried both lower control arms in and tightened the bolts. max spec for rear camber 1.37 got both sides at 1.4. Only off by .03, and to be honest with you that's not going to affect tire wear by much, by the time you notice inner tire wear, you'll need new tires.
