    Fuyao Windshield

    Hi,

Does anyone have an aftermarket Fuyao windshield installed in their 9th Gen Civic 4dr? If so, what is the model number?

I had mine replaced and I feel like they installed the wrong glass (AS1 M848) but is giving me excuses as to why the top edge of the windshield is slightly higher than the roof.

Attached image, how bad is it?

    BAD!

That is either the wrong glass or botched installation...
    Either way, it's not right.

Find another car like yours and take a photo with the same perspective as the attached example.
Then go back to the shop that did the work and demand satisfaction.

    MSRP for a 2012 Sedan; 73111-TR3-A02 GLASS SET, FR. WINDSHIELD (GREEN)(PGW) 001 $827.62

I'm sure you saved a ton of dough getting the after market glass.
But that saving is going down the drain with the drama and the time to have it corrected.

I think a windshield is personally a place to spring for an OEM, or at least get glass from the same manufacturer... There is a quality difference in my experience. Sorry for your bad install/glass, they *NEED* to fix that!
