Key Fob Question - Driving without fob

So, this is something I've wanted to know for awhile. Let's say that you are in your car and someone comes up and car jacks you. You get out, they jump in and take off. How long does the car keep going if the fob is in your pocket?

It's distance, not time, so it would depend on speed.

My wife has an '18 Accord with the fob. I can check that tomorrow if no one does it prior.
