Thoughts on the Burgundy Night Pearl finish?

Anyone have a 9th Gen finished in Burgundy Night Pearl? One's sitting a local dealership (14k on a '16) that I'm really considering. Looks black under most lights but really pops out to a very dark metallic eggplant color in bright lights.

Generally, the darker the color, the more imperfections like swirl marks you're going to see.

It's a color. Do you like it?

I would have gotten that color if it came with a black interior.

Meh, not a bad color, but not for me. Looks hard to keep clean, and in Texas a lighter colored car is a little easier to live with.

Wouldnt be too bad, the pearl helps with making it not as obvious and bad.

Very nice color. It's almost like having two different colors on your car, it will be almost blacked out at night. It will defiantly be a high care maintenance color so if you don't wash your car once a week, you should go with a lighter color.

That's my only drawback too... the light interior looks to be a real bear to take care of. Too bad... was really impressed when I saw it clean and in bright sunlight.

Well no... it's not screaming orange, electric lime green or heavenly blue.

As for it being an "...elderly persons [sic] color..." don't worry young 'un... you'll get there soon enough where the color of a car or a spoiler aren't two of the top five things to consider when buying a new vehicle.

I don't know about elderly, but definitely classy (a concept that might be difficult for whippersnappers to identify with ).
