Car won't go into 1st Gear 3rd Gear OR 5th

I"m thinking I stretched a cable but I'm not sure.

I was making a left turn at a 4 way intersection I had a green light and just as I committed to making the turn (in 3rd gear). A car was coming toward me very quickly I downshifted to 2nd and got out of the way . After I was clear from someone in a hurry and proceeded to shift to 3rd I noticed it wasn't there same thing for 1st and 5th. It's almost as if there was a brick wall preventing me from going into those gears still have 2nd 4th 6th and reverse.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated

The cables need to be adjusted. had this issue in my 8th gen Ex shortly after I got it. my car was having trouble going into 2nd,4th,and Reverse. It got to the point that would almost not go into gear at all. so I took it back and they said they just adjusted the cables.

Edit* unless you are grinding gears like mad and doing a loooot of shifting at a stand still your syncros are 100% fine everyone told me that that's what it was for me too but no that is not the case.

Thanks, after messing with the selector on the trans and putting the car in and out of gear I realized my clutch line was in the way. I have a battery relocate Impot DPS along with there intake. And I guess the hard quick shift moved the clutch line and blocked it from being able to go into gear. So I just ordered a steel braided clutch line to prevent this from happening again....

Thanks again everybody for your quick input
