Anyone know if there is a way to have traction control OFF at startup, and using the dash button to turn ON using flashpro(seeing that i rarely use it)???

Live in Canada and to be honest I find traction control to be dangerous in bad weather conditions. In emergency situations, traction control activates and essentially strips the driver of personal control and usually results in massive understeer and limited ability to counter steer and hard braking

Interesting. I totaled a Mustang, with a lot of help from an idiot, when traction control completely took over steering of the car when it had to be swerved quickly and it put me head on into the concrete divider at 65mph...three times before the car finally stopped. I wasn't hurt at all miraculously. So, no, I don't believe in traction control except for maybe snow. Traction control in a Vette on a track is downright scary. I'm surprised the automakers haven't been sued over it. If I could prove it nearly killed me, I would have class action sued. It would be hard to prove though. It's best turned off, IMO.
