2015 civic si engine whine ?

Have had this car for a little over a month, 60k miles on it. I hear a whine sound coming from the left side of the engine near the pulleys and belt on the alternator but its not a grinding sound like a bearing is going. Found this video which is the exact sound i am hearing. Its super annoying!!

My 2014 si has done this since buying it at 90XXX KM and I’m now at 104XXX KM .. I’ve brushed it under the rug and deemed it to be normal but I’m curious if one of the pulleys on these cars are known to make this noise

Perhaps the water pump? I know it's not usual to have water pump issues at 60k but worth checking anyways.
