"...panel to remove to change oil, dumb, dumb, dumb!!"

I like it, the skid plate keeps snow, rocks, ice and salt away from the motor here in Northern roads.

I love my 2012 Si coupe, road noise not an issue for me or my wife (the radio drowns out any road noise), I prefer the interior and wheels on the 2012 to the 2013 (the black inlay wasn't an improvement IMHO) and couldn't care less about Pandora or the backup camera (I have Pandora on my Droid if I want it and the car is too small to need a backup camera). There may be a difference in handling between the two, but i have no complaints. It goes where i want it to go at the speed i want it to go. Feels solid and stable in turns, even pushing my limits. If i go to the track it d be for test n tune 1/4 mile runs. I'd save the $1500, but thats just me.

As more long term reliability reports come out, suddenly the 2012 will be a 'best used compact to buy'. :-)

According to C&D magazine, it's 125 pounds, 50 of which is in the thicker steel of the front part of the chassis, and it didn't affect acceleration times (at least in the EX-L).

I've gone out to find myself. If I return before I get back, have me wait for me.
