Hello, I have a 2013 Si sedan. I would like to replace the cat and resonator with straight pipe. I was curious if anyone already knew the diameter before and or after these components? Also maybe the length i'll require for each. Thank you.
My own personal pro tip... don't do it, it sounds horrible, it's loud and raspy but hey that's just my opinion.
But the stock exhaust piping size is 2.5".
If you want a loud exhaust, I suggest just getting a 3" skunk2, or a 2.75" or 3" Invidia N1 exhaust. If your future plan is to get a downpipe (assuming catless) then I would suggest getting an even quieter exhaust (Q300, Fullrace, Welded Vibrant Muffler on a 3" Piping) than those I just suggested.
Cut a hole in the hood and run an exhaust pipe through it.
