My uncle has an '05 Accord V6 coupe that turned 250K a short time ago. All he's ever done to it is regular wear and maintenance things like tires, brakes, belts, etc.

ANY new car bought in the US today that won't last 300,000 miles with owner's manual preventive maintenance done is a POS. That's factual information because I just made it up. Really, anything that won't last that long bought today really is a pos or abused very badly.

Oh, Hyundai's are exempt from that since they lie about the fuel mileage on their Elantras.....what else did they lie about?? Same thing Honda did to their personal water craft hull supplier when they first tried to get in the business....we sued them and won.

My 92 CX had 270k, although it did have a transplant from that old 1.5 70hp to a ZC SOHC VTEC around 240k. Glad to be rid of it though, too many issues.
