Cool DIY: FKX Racing X Brace

Remove under body covers with 10mm socket wrench. Use flat head screw driver to remove push in clips.

Remove 12mm bolts from under the chassis and rubber caps that closest mid pipe. To take out 17mm sub frame bolts, I recommend long toque wrench. These bolts are very tight!

Place aluminum block into the hole that was covered by rubber cap near mid pipe. It's best to weld into the chassis so you can screw in 19mm bolts.

I found quicker way to do it. To secure aluminum blacks, you can use small strings, ropes or zip ties. Please look at photos above to see how I did it.

Once all bolts are in positions, tighten all bolts down.

Was a subframe support needed or did you remove one bolt at a time on the subframe?

You can safely remove 2 subframe bolts as long as the car is still lifted.

Remember to paint the underbody with a layer of rust proof paint... I can already see salt and rain residue accumulate on my car's underbody.

also the aluminum and steel is impossible to weld
