    Is this worth while for a DD family commuter, I rarely drive the car hard or anything. Not sure how it affects the car other than I keep seeing reduced body roll.

    That's the big thing. I rarely drive hard too, but it helps keep you level through corners, and feels like it tightens you up in corners.
