At stock ride height you can pretty much run whatever. It is not recommended to go anything over 3% larger than stock though. You are going to throw off the speedometer.
I've seen a few examples of 225/45/18 but they are going to be pretty tall.

Soon lowering my 2014 si sedan on megan racing lowering springs, looking to buy rims as well. Probabaly some Enkei ts6 or some other work te37 reps. I was hoping to be able to fit 18x8.5 +35 for a nice flush fit, do I have to roll fender or should I be fine?

Most likely will need a fender roll. May depend on the tire size though. What tire do you plan to use?

Probably using 225/40/18 nexens. I think it should be a slight stretch.

You probably will need a fender roll.
Case in point - I recently had my 2014 Si sedan lowered on Swift springs, with 17x8" wheels on a +37 offset, and they poke out a smidge. No rubbing yet, but I drive very gingerly. Your proposed wheels are ~13mm wider, and coupled with 2mm less positive offset, will poke out 8.5mm more than mine. Well over a quarter-inch is significant.

Right on I’ll try to stick with an 18x8 to see if it helps worst case I can roll them, thanks

Hi all, so I was looking at rims and was wondering if 18x8.5 +44 would fit without any issues? 2015 si, running stock suspension, not sure if I plan on dropping it yet. would I have to roll the fenders?

Yeah those will be fine at stock height or mild drop. What tire size do you plan to use? 8.5" wide will probably need something wider than the stock 225.

Not sure, maybe 235 or 245. What would you recommend if I was running 18x8.5?

Upon further review it appears a 225 is approved for 8.5"
Personally I would consider a 235/40. A little taller than stock But shouldn't cause any issues.
