    Unfortunately, my head-unit does not communicate with the iMid. I have been away from this forum for a long time, so I am very interested to see if anyone has made progress on the iMid and backup camera too.

    WORD OF CAUTION FOR THOSEOF US WITH AFTERMARKET HUs. Do not run the "In Line Diag", becuase it will test out the connections that are not used on aftermarket HUs.     assuming that the resistance (ohms) on per channel basis of the line converter is equal to the existing resistance of the sub that you are replacing; you would cut the resistance of the load in half (Series and Parallel Circuits) another approach: you could use just one side of the converter...
