So this is a sad boi post at sad boi hours....
About two Hours ago my Hasport 70 a Rear motor mount (RMM) cracked. Not only that, I think that due to the cracking of the RMM my Axle popped out the tranny and my RV6 down-pipe bolts became undone along with my belt breaking.....
Now the car is...
My '14 Civic Si started making a clicking noise coming from the center-right part of the engine when I make a right turn (only) and accelerating in first gear. It only does it when the steering wheel is turned one full turn, but not at full-lock or any other position.
Can a bad CV axle make a...
Went to the drag strip for my first time racing my '12 si and on my 2nd pass I believe I may have snapped an axle, not sure how to tell exactly what it is. Spun a bit before hitting the line and heard an odd clunk, raced fine but slowing down again I heard some clunking noises/ ticking from my...
So far, I'm loving it! The axle back gives a nice deep hum, nothing too canny. I have no regrets whatsoever. Picked it up for $150. Only problem is, I think the tip sits a little too close to the rear bumper, don't want to risk melting.
For you others who have done this as well, do you guys...
I just deleted the muffler and welded in pipe, personally I love the sound, it's cheap too! It cost me $40 for a local muffler shop to chop it off. It doesn't sound like a rice rocket in my opinion and just showing others what it actually sounds like, hope you all like it! I'll have better...
I'm hoping someone might have some advise or insight and can help me figure out how get my Civic Si running 'normally' again.

Hey. I've had my Si for a year now with 8500 mile. Have noticed seems like a slight shimmy in steering wheel turning to the right. Felt like there is some play in right inner axle too near the interm, shaft. Anyone else have a similar issue?? Will take it to the dealer soon. Thanks Mike

Hi ya guys,
Well I am very happy with the '12 Civic Si and I have recently purchased a set of steel wheels and winter tires for this coming winter. So I pulled off the stock alloy's which have a center cap and then I put on the steel wheels and I notice that the end of the axle and the axle nut...

im already planning for my mods to the car even before i get it. but since im probably going to be putting nitrous on it im thinking of changing the headers at the same time. is it worth that extra money to get some nice 4-2-1 headers?
With my older Civic, i found Spoon Sports and T1R to be my top favorites for performance. I used some Injen parts in the past, but i ended up selling them within weeks of buying it.
What are your favorite aftermarket performance brands?
