Just out of curisoty I bought a valve spring tester to test the valve springs I took out of my SI last month.
The intake springs are 55lb's on the seat, the exhaust springs are 50lb's on the seat.
Thats pretty much the same as the 06+ si springs, so by that logic the valve train with stock...

SOO earlier this week i got in contact with tein to see if there was any development on some lowering springs and such for my si sedan ...and turns out they offered to measure and perform tests on my car...they told me it would take a cpl months sooo be on the lookout ill keep you guys posted
Apparently the 2012 coupe and sedan have considerable more body roll that the 2011's. This could very well be due the fact that Honda has engineered the 9th gen suspension to be geared towards luxury rather than sport handling.
If you compare the listed suspension between the two year cars...
Metal bang noise
Anyone hear that when the car is not moving? I heard it from the front of the car with either the engine running or not. What are some likely causes? It sounds like some popping of the metal.
