I just bought this vehicle about over 2 months now. Second owner, purchased from a dealership.
The first time I noticed the issue after a few weeks of driving since purchased. When it was idle from either cold start or normal driving, there was noticeable backfiring from the exhaust. It...
We bought our '13 Civic LX one year ago. We really love it, but this week it started acting up a bit.
A bit of background info: the engine cover front plate (74114-TR0-A00) was missing when we bought the car, and the front part (74110-TR3-A20) of the engine cover broke away some...
I have a 2012 Honda Civic I have owned since new. I have had the ABS VSA and Power Steering Check Lights come on while driving come on randomly about 4-5 times. The car goes immediately into limp mode, and as I slow down, it starts to jerk, so I put it in neutral. Shut down the car and...

Anyone have first hand experience with the traction control on a new Civic, i.e. what it feels like, is it effective, when it engages, what it does?
I have first hand experience with it on a Mustang GT. It doesn't do a damn thing, especially when it badly needed. No more Ford. :wigglesmiley:
Well i guess all those myths we used to follow and know about are false.. at least according to cars.com. Well a lot of it makes sense and they actually did the research to find this all out. Has anyone heard of fuel myth's other than what i just posted?
Think I found a way to update it myself in the event of switching out wheels (lol...worth it if you do it 100 times or more):
