Also a little limited by the forums only allowing so many images posted per post.

@9thgensifamily the Sirhc Labs Cortex EBC is the only thing I've seen work for our cars and I think there's a dude named Art that is running is as well.

Man I wish I knew about this 2 years ago🤯.

@9thgensifamily it's not too late. I think I'm going to get this setup, it's not too expensive either, just have to do some digging with my free time to figure out the programming side of it. I'm currently just waiting for the weather here in AZ to cool down, which is still 3 months away, before I put everything on the car. I have a full spare z7, trans, turbo kit from Forced Air Tech, Motor mounts, and few other things laying around. Debating on just running a low spring pressure in the wastegate and keeping the trans stock or if I should spend the money for the GearX kit and push some more power.... decisions decisions lol

I'd get gear X if your worried about the gears failing. What will feel fast, will start feeling normal, or even "slow" over time.
Although, it doesn't appear the gears fail the first time you rip on it, most failures seem to be over time.
I've got a EBC already, and a methanol controller. That appears to handle both (or either) which is awesome. I'm not going to fight switching over though.

@9thgensifamily which final drive are you using?
I'm on stock final drive, stock diff. I'd switch final drive maybe for a higher top end, but it would make 1st gear even longer with gear X. I really like the gearing right now on street tires. I have no need to go more than 164MPH.
