Hi all,

As the subject says, I have paired (and re-paired) my phone to my 2013 Civic and it has successfully connected but I cannot access the phonebook or call history from the iMID. Making and receiving calls still work, speed dial still works - just these two specific functionality randomly stopped working not too long ago. For what it is worth, the phone itself has not changed nor has the software on my phone and it has previously functioned 100%.

Any ideas?

Car was stationary. The buttons were 'white text' (enabled), not grey (disabled)! Again, this only recently happened. Maybe I will drop by the dealership some time next weekend. Was just hoping for a quick fix.

*fingers crossed* that it is me.
