These OEM wheels on the 2013 Hybrid are ugly as sin, and I'd much prefer something like the 8th gen Si wheels to make this car a bit more palatable. My question is, how much might these less aerodynamic wheels affect the mpg? Will it be a noticeable difference?

The difference between those wheels won't affect MPG much. Your choice of tires will affect MPG much more low resistance tires will give you the best MPG if that is what your looking for.
