got the parts everything's back together looking good so far. Just need to find the spec for the ac clutch gap if anyone knows it. Probably starting me in the face but my brains fried at the moment. Been wrenching on the land rover as well and its still 110 deg. Blah.

What bearing did you end up going with? the two links provided have two different bearing dimensions in it. There is
35mm x 50mm x 20mm and 35mm x 52mm x 20mm

I read this entire thread and think this might be happening in my Honda Civic 2012 Hybrid. The car has a new compressor, Freon checks out, blower fine, just installed a brand new A/c clutch relay, tested a new climate control panel and still have the same issues:

Intermittent A/C issues, crank car it starts on recirculate blows ice cold, Rev up it switches to fresh air and cannot be turned back until I restart car, ac clutch disengages and air blows warm.

Any tips?

Get this properly diagnosed. Did you check your coolant levels? Does the engine shut off

+1 take it to a qualified professional for diagnosis guess work and throwing parts at the car doesn't work.
