I don't believe the 2012 Civic HF has gone on sale yet but I'm really thinking seriously about getting one. I know most people will think its a Civic Hybrid when they first see it because it adopts the same exact alloy wheels the 2nd-generation Civic Hybrid had.

Right now the Civic HF comes in only 2 colors: Polished Metal Metallic and Taffeta White.

Has anyone here given any consideration to buying a Civic HF?

No, HF stands for High Fuel efficiency and gets a special trim designation and runs on regular 87 octane fuel. The HF gets even better fuel economy than the DX, LX, and EX trims by about 2 mpg's. The HF is sandwiched between the LX and EX in the '12 Civic lineup.

There will be a Natural Gas Civic coming out later this year. The Natural Gas Civic is called GX.

I really like the wheels they use; the 8th gen hybrid's. Every time I see them on the road I can't stop staring at them lol.

Btw I don't think they're calling the natural gas civic the GX anymore I believe it's 'Civic NGV'
