Some people have had trouble importing their image. I also had this problem. The file name would show up, and the image import seemed like it was working, however it would finally say something like "failed to import image". The images I was having trouble with were made in the GIMP and exported to .jpg and .bmp. But if I opened an image in Microsoft paint and simply saved as a .jpg, it would work. Hope this helps!
