Try unpair and than pair the phone again and see if that makes any difference.
My wife's 2015 civic have Bluetooth connection issue too. His phone avrcp version was 1.5, and Default value is indicate to be 1.4. it's a refurbish LG velvet. Maybe that was change. And revert it to 1.4 seam to have sold her issue. Thanks to have posted it.Found this on another forum. This worked for me.
SOLUTION:
- Enable Developer Mode
- Settings
- About Phone
- Find Build Number at the bottom and tap on it 7 times.
- Enter passphrase (if applicable)
- Change Bluetooth AVRCP Version
- Settings
- System
- Advanced
- Developer Options
- Under "Networking", change Bluetooth AVRCP Version to "AVRCP 1.3" (normally it is set to "AVRCP 1.5 (Default)")
- Reboot your phone
- Re-Add the phone to the car's Bluetooth
- Delete your phone from the car's Bluetooth system.
- Re-Add the phone to the car's Bluetooth system.
Doing this fixed the issue for me, but I did not need tore-add the phone. Simply restarting my phone after switching from AVRCP 1.5 to AVRCP 1.3 solved the problem. Thanks budFound this on another forum. This worked for me.
