Can someone read my freeze frame?

Hi. I have a 2012 civic si, it has 280k km on it. Recently I’ve experienced a misfire only around 2000 rpm. The car idles fine, and is also fine under heavy load, just not lightly cruising. My dipstick smells of gasoline.

I cleared codes after and swapped ignition coils, tried to get th code to come back and the only thing that changed was the ecu volts was around 13.5v. Cylinder three misfire code is permanent. But won’t show cel. When the pending code showed, the cel vsa and power steering lights came on
