Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way i can change from one station without having to pull up the channel list and scrolling again.

For example if i am on channel 176 and want to go to 177 i am unable to just go to the next channel. I have to load the list again and then scroll all the way down or up to channel 177.

your help is greatly appreciated

I just hit the "Seek/Skip" rocker to the left of the screen up or down to increment/decrement the channels one by one.

Edit: If I recall, if you hold the seek/skip it will jump 10 channels as well.

or you could just use the built in voice control...
double click the voice button on the steering wheel and say "xm channel up" or you can say "xm channel 177", etc.

here is a list of voice commands for xm and radio in general,

Audio on*
Audio off*
Radio on*
Radio off*
Radio select FM1
Radio select FM2
Radio select AM
Radio tune to # FM (#: frequency,
95.5)
Radio tune to # AM (#: frequency,
1020)
Radio seek up
Radio seek down
Radio next station
Radio preset # (#: 1 to 6)
Radio FM preset # (#: 1 to 6)
Radio FM1 preset # (#: 1 to 6)
Radio FM2 preset # (#: 1 to 6)
Radio AM preset # (#: 1 to 6)
Radio auto select*
Radio scan*
Radio select XM1
■ Radio Commands
Radio select XM2
XM channel # (#: 1 to 255)
XM channel up
XM channel down
XM category up
XM category down
XM preset # (#: 1 to 6)
XM1 preset # (#: 1 to 6)
XM2 preset # (#: 1 to 6)
XM scan*
XM category scan*
XM channel scan*
XM category mode
XM channel mode

ones with stars * indicate that it toggles that mode on or off.

anyway one of u guy can take a picture of the imid showing the xm radio info?
Not sure what you're looking for here but here's a standard iMid display of the XM. If you're wondering about the two icons on the upper right, I have both my Droid and an iPod connected to the radio as well.

or you could just use the built in voice control...
I knew the voice command controls the radio as well, but I'm not used to issuing the voice commands with a high rate of success yet (I'm getting better at it though). In addition, I'm a little old-school and tend to like to use buttons or other physical controls.

But the real issue here is I haven't completely RTFM yet. So when I find some things it's a nice surprise or a complete shock sometimes!

I found out on a fluke today that if you hold the steering wheel control left or right it will respectively decrement or increment the XM station by one. :)
Thanks forgot about this, my TL could do this as well!!
