Honda Civic 2012 LX
Mileage: 181,000
Issue: Everytime I attempt to start the car it doesn't start just like if the battery died.
Temporary Solution: I mustard up the courage to google/youtube the issue and attempted to fix the problem by cutting off the terminal and replacing it with a new one. As shown on the picture below. The red terminal is the new one and the rusted old corroded one is the old one I cut off.

New issue: After installing the new terminal with a new battery. I attempted to start the car BUT not only did it NOT start but now I have all these warning signs that I did not have previously. When running my OBD reader I now have these codes.

If any of you all have any suggestions that would be great. Thank you all in advance and happy holidays!

Curious.....did you check to make sure your battery didn't need to be replaced?

Also, I think you went too extreme, you could've just got some sand paper and cleaned the terminal cable. This is why it's important to clean your terminals and use preventives.
