I agree it looks like it's not sold separately, need to buy the whole coil, unless you're talking about the other rubber, marked 3 in the image.

nah, sadly not that...the one on the top of coil itself as marked in picture.

I did brought non Honda rubbers that just fit in size with my coil and changed them. i`m not sure but seems it helped, car was vibrating at low RPM and today it was all fine without vibration.
just need to pray those non Honda rubbers will not damage fast and will be normal quality

The whole car was vibrating? What led you to believe this piece was causing it?

Oh ok. I hope he inspected the spark plugs too. If the porcelain/ceramic insulator is cracked, electricity can leak out the side and cause cylinders to misfire and make the engine less balanced.
