I had my tuner email me the Flashpro file he made during our tuning session a while back.

One day I had an issue where lights randomly popped up (traction control, power steering, hill assist, CEL P0505A) and a couple others.

I opened flashpro on my laptop, updated the firmware and re-uploaded the map that was emailed to me.

Drove for 15 minutes, same lights came on.

Opened Flashpro, made sure all codes were checked off to the related issue and then uploaded again.

Half hour later, lights on again.

I can't seem go more than a day without the lights popping up. I've tried different maps with all having the same issue.

I changed ground wires from rbc to head, made sure battery is charged and there's no dropping in voltage that would cause the issue.

Do you think it's a corrupt file issue, or possibly something with a speed sensor?

Maybe some more info would help? Why did you get an old file fro your tuner? Was there a problem with the car before that or are all the lights/coded related to the new file upload.
If you have a CEL that keeps coming up, maybe there is an actual issue with the car that needs to be repaired.

I didn't get an old file, it was my tuned file from when i was on the dyno with him.
There were absolutely no issues with the car before, no CEL's or anything.

It seems as if Flashpro isn't holding the off the codes that have been checked to stay off.
I've also noticed, the timing of when codes pop up. It seems to happen in high gear, going up a bridge or hill and putting load on the engine to speed up.
That issue kinda makes me lean toward it being a speed sensor issue, possibly?

P0505 is idle control? Not familiar with any CEL with a letter at the end though

Do you have an oversized or aftermarket throttle body?

I have a J37 TB.

Last night i returned car to stock, uploaded tune, making sure all codes related to idle control/tpms/hill assist/power steering were checked off.
Car ran fine with no lights until this morning on the way to work, then they all pop up out of nowhere.

I'm going to try a new battery today to see if maybe low voltage was the issue. If that doesn't work, i'll start checking sensors on all hubs.

Glad you got that worked out.
Such a stupid thing too. Voltage was obviously low from original battery - picked up a Optima YellowTop for $100.

I'm using a MAP based tune which does not utilize the MAF sensor. The MAF sensor still needs to be plugged in to avoid a CEL.
I had the P0101 box checked in Hondata, not realizing it was enabling it instead of disabled
