Ok here it is....

This step takes a while sometimes:

When it loads you have to click on the center button.

This comes up if you have an image in the space already.

I did the whole thing. Imported an image which showed up on screen. When I went to select the image to display, nothing happened.

Does this feature work on all 2012 Civics? I have an LX.

Never mind. In all the threads on this subject, none of them say that you need to press the 'i' button, and follow along, to display wallpaper. I figured it out completely by accident.

Did you ever figure this out? Or did anyone ever get back to you on this? I'm having the same issue...
If you are talking to me, then yes I did figure it out.

Follow the directions in post #1, and then post #15.

I just wanna say that I am so happy to have stumbled upon the imid wallpaper threads. I've been uploading pictures of wife, and shuffling through them as it strikes me. I keep a flash drive in the center compartment with all the pics I want because the imid system only holds 3 at a time.
It's there in case you want a blank screen.

I know what you mean. As much as I prefer analog clock and watch faces, I cannot seem to keep the cartoony analog clock up on the imid.
If you use the full 1920xwhatever version, it will take longer to load than if you downsize it to, say, 500xwhatever. The imid screen is so small that a 500xwhatever size will look exactly the same as a full size 1920xwhatever, and will load faster.
Ooo, I'm seeing a Klingon battle cruiser in my imid's future. :)
That's different than my screens (I have a '12).
Did you save it as a jpg, and then put it in the root menu of the flash drive you used to upload?
Fat32?
I don't see it anywhere in this thread, but the reduced-to-lowest-terms ratio for the screen is 11:6. I resize any picture I want to load to 500:whatever corresponds to 11:6, and put it on a flash drive, plug it into the car, and then follow the prompts after pushing MENU.

Smaller (than 1920 across) pictures load more quickly than the maximum 1920 size and don't look any different on the small imid screen.
