If I recall correctly, wasn't there some issue (particularly on 2012 models) where the dealerships were replacing the microphones due to a "garbled" sound that others on the call would hear.

I had a 2014 EX-L as a rental and I called one of my parents once and through both ends, it was garbled and muffled - I hung up and called back and it worked normally - never had that happen on my Si. It's choppy, yes, but it serves it's purpose.

I still just get annoyed that the car won't let me scroll through my address book while moving, yet I'm able to scroll through a 3,000 song iPod safely.
