I installed the 62a rear/lower mount, and then later the 62a upper mount. I've since replaced the lower with a stock OEM one, and now just have the 62a upper. The vibrations were annoying to me. Whatever you do, save the OEM if you can. In case you want to go back to stock later. I had to drop $200 to get the OEM rod, bracket, and bolts.
But yeah, you're not going to get straight answers as much as opinions. Check out this video for a scientific approach:

Perfect, thank you so much for the video too. Since you’re someone with experience of the vibration and going back to OEM rmm, how do you feel now with just the upper mount 62a? Did it help with the common jerking issue from the car? And how did the vibrations compare to stock? How does the vibration feel with the A/C on?
Kind of hard to remember stock, since I probably installed the RMM in 2014 or so. With just the 62a lower, the vibrations were pretty bad when engaging the clutch from a stop, and yeah you could feel it a bit from the AC too. I don't really remember the difference from installing the upper 62a while having the lower 62a already. I went back to stock lower because I felt like I have some kind of worn mount issue, because my engine is heaving back and forth a bit. Stock lower didn't help with that, but the vibrations did go away. I'm not sure if the 62a upper is worn, or if it's the stock side mounts giving up.
