I really don't want service department to open up everything on the brand new car as they usually do more damage then fixing the problem. Below is a link of the sound. Thanks for the help in advance.
FWIW, you probably should let another dealer service dept look at it . . . or get Honda America involved right now and take it back to same dealer. It's got 400 miles on it! Sounds like a heat shield to me though.
