HID Low / High Recommendation? 10000k

I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a good set of 10000k HIDs.
Low / High
Something that would be an all inclusive purchase would be great.
If not, let me know any adapters, etc. that I should purchase along with the kit.

It would be much easier if you search the forums. There has to be over a dozen of HIDs threads and each one says almost the same thing.

I have been reading up on it a little bit and searching.
I guess i'm trying to say i don't know what all parts i need because different kits include / exclude different parts.
are these the only three parts i need?
Bulb, Ballast, and Wire Connection?

Bingo, thats all you need for the lows and fogs. Do get the correct bulb socket/type when you purchase them.
