Gains are dependent on mods, air conditions & the motor(everyone is just a bit different )

Hmm you mean basic mods like intake, exhaust, headers (well kinda hard on this one lol). Or more internal mods?

so as far as hondata goes, is there an open source kinda forum where you can download other peoples' succesful settings?

Not that I know of. There are base maps you can load but those generally run rich. They are mean as baseline for you to tune. Too many variables to have a 1-all tune.
