How to disable these battery codes

Anyone have an idea on what I need to get rid of these codes, my check charging system light is on but my alternator and battery were tested and they were replaced when I bought the car so those are ruled out. I don’t have any problems but still want to get rid of these codes. Also is the vtc failure because of my tune?
