Hi guys,

I have a 2015 Honda Civic LX sedan, and it has a reverse cam but the screen and the cam is total crap.

I would like to upgrade the rear view camera, and I was looking for a guide / help to do it.

Is it even possible to upgrade with the existing console screen?

Plz help

don't know of many or any who have tried to upgrade this as it's only used while backing up.

I wish the reverse camera had a second angle that shoots across the bumper from the side. That would be immensely more helpful than what's there, with the solid and dashed lines.

different models, different cameras.
each models has the lower model features and adds their own additional feature.

LX: you get the camera and fixed yellow guidelines.

EX: you get get the camera and dynamic guidelines (lines move with the steering angle of the wheels). user can turn on or off

EX-L & Navi models: you get 3 different angles to choose from (Wide, Normal & Top down views)

there isn't a feature that scotty wants...from the factory.

Alpine make a decent reverse camera for jeeps, could probably splice that into the factory i'd imagine.

Actually, the top-down view would probably accomplish the same thing as the side-shot I want - that is, to give a more square view of how close my rear is to the front behind me, if that was followable. haha

As it is, I still haven't hit anything. :)
