hey just wondering if these parts are compatible?
i have a 2013 civic ex-l, no nav system.
i've researched a bit but i don't want to mess anything up.
and are there any extra parts/accessories i need to get?
can i still use backup cam with these parts?

For the rear camera, you're going to have to splice the wires from the OEM camera to the rca cable for the aftermarket one, or you could just install the aftermarket camera, which would probably give a better/clearer picture.

For the seakers, if they're pre-wired then it shoulld be easy, you'll just have to splice the wires from the crossover to where the speaker would normally connect to. If you would like to keep all your steering wheel functionality and radio features, look into getting an i-datalink Maestro RR harness.
