Are the 2011 lx civic r18 parts interchangeable with the 2013 lx r18 parts ? Because I’ve been looking at getting a different cam and some Conrad’s and some pistons but all I can really find are 2011 parts

Are the 2011 lx civic r18 parts interchangeable with the 2013 lx r18 parts ? Because I’ve been looking at getting a different cam and some Conrad’s and some pistons but all I can really find are 2011 parts

I found the bore and stroke and they are the same and the compression is .1 off from the 2011 they are both a 16v soho I-vtec
