It's hard to tell, but now that I've blown up the image, the wheels on that car could be Civic steelies that have had the outer rim separated from the inner wheel, and a new larger outer rim welded on.

Or, in general, does anyone know if the center caps that fit in the alloys also fit in the steelies?

I actually made those myself, I bought a set of universal center caps and had the vinyl stickers cut myself, then I wrapped them in carbon vinyl and hit em with a heat gun to that they formed properly

I can't do ebay at work, but you might try 'honda pilot' or 'honda ridgeline' or 'honda element' 'wheel covers' or 'hub caps' or 'center caps.'
Wow, here 8 hours and already a direct plagaristic lift.
