If the new plugs and even after a coil swap time to start digging deeper.
I’d start with a leak down and compression test and even stick borescope down to see if any damage is visible.
The knock counts could be a issue or also if the car was running really lean on the basemap.

Has plug gap even been checked? Coils swapped to see if the misfire moves? Just because they're new parts is no guarantee of anything.

The coil connections should not be discounted as a point of failure as well.

Yeah I plan to get a tune by yosh but I just got an code detected last night and it is a cylinder 3 misfire p0303. Crazy part is I had the car at a honda dealership to fix the misfire and now it came right back so I'm a little confused or lost on what to do

I have not done a plug gap check or coil swap. Not sure what you mean about coil connections?
