I honestly do not think that’s oil. More debris would stick to it if it was oil unless if it’s an active leak.

The only thing I can think of in that area that would leak are the coolant hoses going to the heater core.

I don't think it that's coming from the timing chain side either... That is on the passenger side. This leak is coming from the trans side.
