I have a 2012 Civic Si Coupe.
The key does not want to go into the handle all the way nor will it turn.

I have tried lubing up the cylinder with no luck.

Any insight on this will be helpful.

Thank you!

I have the same issue. I just assumed some schmuck was in there with a screwdriver. If it's something else that can be resolved more easily than having it replaced, I'd like to know, too.

I had the issue before freezing temps.
It does not appear to have any signs of tampering from thieves.
I have used locksmiths lube with no luck.
Looks like I might have to take it apart or have the dealership replace.

It is okay Shoran0603. Reading sometimes owns me also. haha

I have not had the time to tear into it as it is winter and no time to do so.
I just would like to lock my car while it is running to warm up in the cold weather.
I will just have to sit in a cold car while it is warming up hahaha
