Ktuner not flashing ecu 2014 si coupe

I recently put in a stage two clutch kit from action clutch absolutely love it but as most know it throws misfire CEL because of the lightened flywheel. Anyways I bought a brand new ktuner V1.2 it communicates and seems to be doing everything it should except for uploading a tune/flashing the ecu I’ve emailed with ktuner they want me to send it to them but I feel like there’s something I’m doing wrong or missing please help !
