Ok got it thank you. will do, that but also when I took it to the shop they power braked the car and heard the noise when they took off the serpentine belt the noise went away and as soon as they put it bck it made the noise I changed the tensioner, the idler pulley, harmonic balancer, changed the alternator but ran the car on the street and still made the noise so it wasn't the alternator either so the only two left would be the water pump and or powering steering pump but like they said to me, Mine is electric so their's no fluid to add to it so maybe repair the water pump like you said if that helps? I mean my car hasn't overheated or anything which is good.
This car has an electric rack, no ps pump

By process of elimination, it is the waterpump… change it. You’ll need 2 bottles of coolant, the pump, new gasket.

While you’re draining the coolant, you might as well replace the radiator hoses since they’re old now and maybe the thermostat since thats also old.

You already had someone diagnose it… I’m not sure why you’re looking at the forum for a 2nd opinion. Just go to a Honda dealer and have them actually diagnose it.
