How many miles? Is it the original timing chain?

For the last(?) time, to satisfy yourself and possibly learn something, get a stethoscope and listen to each suspected part. although, as previously mentioned, there is only one part left that you haven't had changed.

I would still first pull the PCV as it is a possible cause and ridiculously cheap and easy to do/replace.
